Bu dizin, Güneş Sistemi'nden uzaklığına göre sıralanmış olan açık yıldız kümelerinin bir listesidir. Açık küme, aynı dev moleküler bulut içinde oluşan ve yerçekimsel olarak birbirlerine bağlı olan birkaç bin yıldızın oluşturduğu bir gruptur. Samanyolu gökadasında 1,000'den fazla açık küme bilinmektedir ancak gerçekte bu rakam on katına kadar çıkabilir.[1][2]

Messier 6, Akrep takımyıldızı yönünde bulunan ve ayrıca Kelebek Kümesi veya NGC 6405 olarak da bilinen bir açık yıldız kümesi.
