2013 Dünya Ralli Şampiyonası FIA Dünya Ralli Şampiyonası'nın 41.sezonudur. Sezon 16 Ocak Monte Carlo Rallisi ile başlayıp, 14 Kasım Birleşik Krallık Rallisi ile sona ermiştir. Sébastien Ogier sezonun Sürücüler şampiyonasını elde ederken, Volkswagen ise Markalar şampiyonu olmuştur.
