NOX5
Fonksiyon
değiştirNOX5, süperoksit üreten yeni bir NADPH oksidazdır.[1]
Nox5, c-abl ile etkileşime girer, süperoksit üretimi c- abl'nin fosforilasyonuna neden olur. Eğer c-abl kinaz aktivitesi engellenirse, Nox5 süperoksit üretimi de engellenir.[3]
