Pen-ek Ratanaruang (Tayca: เป็นเอก รัตนเรือง; RTGS: Pen-ek Rattanarueang; born 8 Mart 1962, Bangkok, Tayland), Taylandlı film yönetmeni ve senaristtir. Tom takma adını kullanır ve bazen Tom Pannet adıyla tanınır.
