Both wrong, I'm afraid. The treaty didn't deal with the status of Meis itself (that was settled already, at Lausanne); it settled only the small islets in its neighbourhood. And it didn't deal with the continental shelf (kıta sahanlığı) either, that was a notion not even yet in existence at the time. The treaty dealt only with the islets around Meis and with Karaada. Then there was also the appendix protocol that was signed a few months later, and which confirmed the maritime boundary in the Dodecanese area (including Kardak and all that), but that's again not related to the continental shelf.

Adanın statüsü tam olarak anlatılmaktadır. Fransızcam yanlış deilse, adanın Yunanistana bırakıldığı kaynak metinde geçmektedir ancak sayfada adanın durumunun "No Man's Land" olarak geçmektedir.
